CAJUN LAMB CHOPS WITH ROAST VEGETABLES,
SOUR CREAM AND CHIVES


INGREDIENTS

• 8 lean lamb chops
• Masterfood cajun lamb spice
• Light sour cream (optional)
• Chopped chives

Roast Vegetables:
See recipe opposite

METHOD

1. Mix the cajun spice with all the lamb chops. Then place on BBQ or pan and cook both sides evenly to taste.
2. Place roast vegetables on a plate and then the lamb chops on top with sour light cream and chives on top.

Serves 2
